Ali on the other hand leverages a degree in graphic design and a strong marketing background to craft stunning property presentations and innovative marketing strategies that captivate buyers.

    Brent Campbell is a seasoned real estate agent at Blackwell Realty & Auction in Chattanooga, TN. Originally from Tennessee, he's called Chattanooga home for over a decade, bringing valuable local insight to his clients. Alongside his real estate career, Brent holds a contractor’s license in Tennessee, showcasing his hands-on expertise in construction He also earned a degree in Construction Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, allowing him to bridge the gap between design, build quality, and property investment.

    In the past 12 months alone, Brent has listed multiple homes and completed 16 property sales totaling over $7 million in value. His blended background in construction and real estate enables him to offer a comprehensive service—whether you're buying, selling, or building.

    Ali Ferger is a real estate agent with Blackwell Realty & Auction in Chattanooga, TN, known for her creative approach and deep local roots. Originally from Burbank, California, Ali has called Tennessee home for nearly 20 years. Her connection to Chattanooga runs generations deep—her ancestors were instrumental in developing the city’s first neighborhood, historic Ferger Place.

    A graduate of MTSU with a degree in Graphic Design, Ali brings a keen eye for aesthetics and detail to every listing, ensuring each home is marketed with thoughtful, high-impact visuals that stand out in today’s competitive market.
